This isn't a role where you'll be expected to spend every day cold calling. You'll inherit an established portfolio of construction clients and be responsible for developing those relationships while ensuring their recruitment needs are delivered to the highest standard. You'll work closely with clients, source and place candidates, manage temporary workers and grow existing accounts through outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing an established portfolio of construction clients
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Filling temporary and permanent vacancies
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Visiting clients and construction sites
- Managing temporary workers and compliance
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
