The Company
Owing to a large increase in workload, a Rochdale based contractor is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for a new build housing project in the Rochdale area.
The Role
- Work alongside the existing Site Manager responsible for the finishing and handover of the properties to NHBC standard.
- Carry out plot inspections at various stages of the build process.
- Complete snag/defects list and coordinate with Sub-Contractors for the work to be completed.
- Maintain accurate detailed reports.
- Liaise with the Customer Care team to schedule inspections of plots that you have signed off as well as communicate with customers and the NHBC.
About You
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be highly motivated and able to work in a busy, pressured environment. You should have proven experience working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment. Ideally, you will have previous experience working on similar new builds; however, experience working for a respectable residential developer will suffice.

The Opportunity
