Precision Recruitment Group Ltd is a specialist construction recruitment business operating across the UK, supplying both temporary and permanent staff to leading contractors and civil engineering organisations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to support our consultants by sourcing and placing quality candidates across live construction vacancies. This is not a Labour Manager role β the focus is purely on candidate resourcing, administration, and helping fill vacancies efficiently.
Role Overview
You will work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to identify, attract and place construction candidates across multiple projects nationwide. The role is fast-paced and requires someone who understands construction recruitment, candidate availability, and the urgency of filling roles quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting construction candidates across trades, labour, technical and white-collar roles
- Screening candidates and assessing suitability for live vacancies
- Managing candidate registrations, compliance and CRM records
- Formatting CVs and preparing candidate submissions
- Posting job adverts across job boards and social media platforms
- Speaking regularly with candidates to check availability and job suitability
- Supporting consultants in filling vacancies quickly and efficiently
- General recruitment administration and candidate coordination
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in construction recruitment is essential
- Experience working as a Recruitment Resourcer, Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction roles, terminology and candidate markets
- Confident communication skills with candidates and clients
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
