Plant Operators Required – Backton Precision Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Plant Operators to join an energy infrastructure project in Backton area, NR12. The project is due to commence in July/August. This assignment is expected to last 12 months; however, the client has a substantial pipeline of projects across the region, providing excellent long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

Duties Include:

  • You will be working on a major energy infrastructure project, with duties depending on your skill set and the plant tickets you hold.
  • Working hours are 7:00am – 5:30pm, with 10 hours paid per day as standard.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS Card.
  • We are looking for experienced 360 Excavator Operators, Dumper Operators, Roller Operators and Lift Supervisors.
  • Experience working around live services and underground pipework.
  • Competent in both shallow and deep excavations.
  • Previous experience working on utilities or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
  • Reliable, proactive and capable of working independently using your own initiative.

Apply & Reward:

You'll be paid £22.00–£28.00 per hour, depending on your experience, qualifications and plant tickets. This assignment is expected to last a minimum of 12 months, with ongoing opportunities on future projects for the same client. Weekly pay is available.
