Our client, a reputable North West based housing developer, is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support delivery on a high-quality new build housing scheme in the Broughton area of Preston. Due to increased workload and a firm completion deadline of November, an immediate start is required. The Role: * Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations * Conduct plot inspections at various build stages * Produce and manage snagging/defects lists * Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works * Maintain accurate site records and documentation * Liaise with the Customer Care team to coordinate inspections of completed plots * Communicate effectively with homeowners and NHBC inspectors * Ensure work is delivered to NHBC and company standards About You: * Prior experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build residential housing * Strong knowledge of snagging, finishing, and plot handover processes * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines * SMSTS or SSSTS (Health & Safety qualification) * Valid CSCS Supervisor Card * First Aid at Work certificate Apply & Reward: For your skills and experience we can offer an hourly rate of £25 Per Hour working a minimum 45 hours per week.
