REPORTS TO Incoming Quality Assurance
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspection of Incoming deliveries which includes raw compound, silicone and bought in parts.
- ERP (JD Edwards) administration to include checking, scanning inspection reports and certificates to the relevant order and stock movements.
- Rheometer testing. Testing and recording of the results in accordance to EN 10204 3.1 certification requirement and inputting them into JDE.
- Manual certificate creation in accordance with EN 10204 3.1 and 2.2.
- Raising of internal concessions which are submitted to the Materials Team for approval/rejection.
- Customer specific reporting requirements.
- Creating ISIRs from the suppliers measurement reports for our customer orders.
