Reporting to: Commercial Project Manager
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Work location: During probation period onsite full time, thereafter hybrid

Role Purpose
The Commercial Administrator provides administrative, financial and commercial support to ensure the smooth operation of projects and commercial processes. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting procurement and contract management, and assisting the commercial team in delivering high‐quality, compliant documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial & Contract Support
- Assist in preparing quotes, tenders, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Maintain commercial registers.
- Support commercial team with renewal of pricelists.
- Systemise pricelists in ERP and CRM system (experience of using JD Edwards and Sales Force desirable).
- Project Coordination
- Assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and meeting administration.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, and milestone records.
- Ensure all project documentation is stored accurately and to audit standards.
- Document & Data Management
- Maintain up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for commercial leadership.
- Ensure all commercial processes align with company governance and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal teams on commercial queries.
- Support the wider commercial team with day‐to‐day coordination tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business systems (ERP/finance tools).
- Experience in commercial, project, or administrative roles preferred.
