Precision Placements are currently working with a leading Approved Inspector who are looking to engage an experienced Class 3G/H Registered Building Inspector on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional seeking a flexible working arrangement while remaining involved in high-profile, complex projects.
The Role:
- Primarily remote plan checking on higher-risk / complex buildings
- Involvement in major project work within the Building Safety Regime
- Requirement to attend one site visit every fortnight
- Working closely with experienced teams on compliance and regulatory matters
Requirements:
- Must be a Class 3G/H Registered Building Inspector
- Strong experience working on higher-risk buildings (HRBs)
- Proven background in plan checking and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and BSR requirements
