We are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE7.
This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing paint shop team.

The role:

What we are looking for:
- Experience in spraying large-scale metal items, ideally similar to large steel containers
- Previous powder coating experience would be an advantage
- Understanding of COSHH and paint data sheets
- Good knowledge of paint specs and mixing ratios - hardeners, thinners, etc.
- Ability to quality check before and after spray
- Ability to attain a high-quality finish
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
