We are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE7.

This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing paint shop team.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in spraying large-scale metal items, ideally similar to large steel containers
  • Previous powder coating experience would be an advantage
  • Understanding of COSHH and paint data sheets
  • Good knowledge of paint specs and mixing ratios - hardeners, thinners, etc.
  • Ability to quality check before and after spray
  • Ability to attain a high-quality finish
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
