We are looking for an experienced Shot Blaster / FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing business in Derby DE11.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing paintshop team.

The role:
- Shotblasting large panels
- Powder coating; training can be provided for the right candidate
- FLT Driving - Moving parts to and from the paint shop

What we are looking for:
- Previous Shotblasting experience is essential
- The successful candidate must hold a valid national FLT Licence
- A full UK driving licence would be an advantage
