Permanent opportunity paying up to £19 per hour. Permanent role based in Leicestershire, commutable from Beaumont Leys, Syston, Thurmaston, Nottingham and surrounding areas.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled experienced TIG welder/fabricator to join their expanding team. Interviewing immediately.
Daytime hours: Mon - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, 08:00 - 13:00 Friday. Overtime paid at a premium.
Job Purpose: To report to the fabrication Supervisor.
The TIG Welder:
- Ability to TIG weld stainless steel 1mm - 5mm.
- Fitting experience an advantage but not essential.
- Highly skilled apprentice trained fabricator who can read engineering drawings and cope with varied jobs and materials.
- Rolling, tapping, grinding, and finishing work.
- More than 5 years industry experience welding and fabricating stainless steel (desired but not essential).
- Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
