They are looking to recruit a proactive Operations Executive to provide operational, financial and executive support across a range of businesses. This is a varied position where you'll work closely with the Directors, helping to keep multiple businesses running efficiently while supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining financial records and ensuring key business activities stay on track.
The Role - Operations Executive
- Supporting the day-to-day operations
- Maintaining bookkeeping records using accounting software.
- Processing supplier invoices, reconciliations and payment runs.
- Assisting with financial reporting and preparing information for management meetings.
- Monitoring key business activities and ensuring important actions are completed.
- Supporting credit control and maintaining accurate financial information.
- Coordinating maintenance, compliance and administrative activities.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and professional advisers.
- Managing diaries, meetings and general executive support.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and business efficiency.
- Providing hands-on support wherever required across the wider business.
The Person - Operations Executive
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations management position
- You’ll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping multiple priorities organised.
- Previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience.
- Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or Sage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence working directly with senior management.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Holder of a driving licence and own vehicle for commute & occasional site visits.
- The ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What’s on Offer - Operations Executive
- £37,000-£40,000 depending on experience
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
