We are looking for an experienced Fettler / Paint line operative to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE12. This is a Permanent role for the right candidate with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing Paint line team.

The role:
- Fettling/prepping large industrial metal items ready for spraying
- Using a mastic gun to seal
- Working to a high standard of quality
- Supporting the team to meet production targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
What we are looking for:
- Previous fettling experience
- Experienced in using a mastic gun
- Ability to work a day shift, ideally from 08:00
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
