We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Operator with Haas experience to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE2.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing Machining team.

The role
- Operating a CNC Milling machine
- Completing your own checks
- Using measuring equipment
- Working to a high standard of quality
- Supporting the team to meet production targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
What we are looking for
- Previous Haas CNC Milling experience
- Previous Fanuc experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience in completing own checks
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers and gauges
- Experienced in topping up coolant and tip changes
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
