We are looking for an experienced general labourer / jnr installations engineer to join a busy manufacturing business in Leicester, LE3. This is a temp to perm opportunity with steady hours, premium overtime, and the chance to join a growing team.

The role
- Assisting a ductwork technician
- Carrying out ducting and cutting work
- Keeping stock updated
- General Labouring roles
- Working to a high standard of quality
- Supporting the team to meet production targets
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
What we are looking for
- Previous Labouring experience
- Ability to read and work from basic engineering drawings
- A mechanical mind with willingness to learn and progress
- Good attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work at heights
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong teamwork
