Are you a skilled quality inspector with machining experience looking for your next opportunity? We are working with a well-established and growing engineering firm in Leicester who are looking to add to their friendly team. This role offers great rates of pay, steady day shifts, and the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Quality checking high-value parts
- Carrying out pre-delivery inspection
- Using Verniers, calipers, and gauges
- Determine product compliance to drawings, processes, and technical specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a machining environment
- Previous role where quality checking of parts was your main role
- Familiar with ISO standards and processes
- The ability to use gauges and measuring equipment
- Familiarity with Romer Absolute Faro Arm would be an advantage
- Have an engineering background
- A candidate should be able to work on their own initiative
