Field Service Engineer for CNC Machine Tools.
Starting salary up to £45K DOE. Based in Warwickshire, Monday to Friday day shifts. Overtime paid door to door, flexible start times, vehicle provided or car allowance.

As a CNC Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive after-sales service for all CNC Machine tool needs, including:
- Annual servicing
- Service contracts
- Sourcing of spare parts
- Applications support
- Breakdown repair
You will be working on a variety of CNC mills and lathes, including Haas, Mazak, and Hardinge across Warwickshire and Nottinghamshire.
The Role of Field Service Engineer:
- Develop & maintain working relationships with current customers
- Servicing and repairing CNC Machines
- Working to deadlines and schedules to ensure customer needs and demands are met
- Ensuring your work is professional and carried out safely, meeting all health and safety guidelines
- Identifying faults with motors, ballscrews, spindles, lubrication, automatic tool changers, and carrying out associated realignments
- Knowledge of servicing and repairing CNC machine tools
- The ability to perform CNC fault diagnosis using PLC
- Knowledge and understanding of servo systems
- The ability to work under high-pressure situations while delivering at a high standard
- To be highly motivated, proactive, innovative, and capable of problem-solving
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
- HNC-level mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications (desirable)
- Previous experience working on CNC machinery or similar
- Willing to travel and stay away from home
- Ability to work & communicate professionally at customers' premises
- Full clean UK driving licence
