My client is an established precision engineering manufacturer based in Birmingham and commutable from Walsall, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Solihull and Tamworth.
They are currently looking for a skilled CNC Milling Matsuura Setter to join their team.
The Role: CNC Matsuura Miller
β Set and operate CNC Matsuura Milling machines
β Offline Programming (if experienced) using Fusion 360 and OneCNC
β Adjusting offsets and making adjustments within programs
β Working from drawings
β Quality control of components
β Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc
β Carry out any other duties as required and deemed appropriate
β Complies with all Company rules including all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements
Minimum Skills / Experience Required: CNC Milling Setter
β Experience in Setting and Operating CNC Mills
β Offline Programming on Matsuura Mills is desirable but not essential
β Experience with Precision Engineering and working to tight tolerances
β Experience in the Aerospace industry is desirable
β Experience working from engineering drawings
β Able to quality check own parts
β Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high level of quality standards achieved
β Motivated and excellent team player
The Package: CNC Matsuura Milling Machinist
β Starting rate up to Β£19 per hour, dependent on experience
β Day Shifts, Mon β Thurs, 08:00-17:00 Friday β 08:00-13:00
β Pension
