My client is a leading manufacturer within their industry based in Wellingborough within commutable distance from Kettering, Northampton and surrounding areas. They are currently looking for a skilled Assembly Operative to join their team.
The Role - Assembly Operative:
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Assembly Operative:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools commonly found in assembly work.
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
