My client is a respected name within the lift industry and is now looking for a Repair Engineer to join their Small Repairs department. You will take pride in delivering high-quality repairs, building strong client relationships, and ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standard.
The Role – Lift Engineer:
- Carry out small repairs on a wide range of lift makes and models, both reactive and preventative.
- Complete all relevant documentation and reporting, including photographs and recommendations.
- Liaise with the office team to update job progress and flag any further work required.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and work effectively on your own initiative.
- Ensure health and safety best practices are followed at all times.
- Maintain excellent client relationships on-site with a professional and positive attitude.
- Contact manufacturers or technicians when required to resolve faults efficiently.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required – Lift Engineer:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Lift Engineering.
- Proven experience in lift repair and maintenance.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Confident communicator with a professional approach.
- Excellent punctuality and high personal standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
The Package – Repair Engineer:
