We’re looking for a Principal Medical Writer to join our experienced Learning and Development team creating scientific training materials for healthcare professionals and pharma teams. If you are passionate about making complex science clear, engaging and interactive, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Review content written by other writers in the team – providing guidance, supporting with feedback, and taking responsibility for decision‑making.
  • Lead client discussions.
  • Provide strategic input into proposals and ongoing projects.
  • Craft engaging, accurate and clear content: eLearning, workshops, infographics, videos, and more.
  • Line‑manage/mentor writers in the team.
  • Reference meticulously and collaborate on quality checks.

What You Bring

  • 6–8 years’ experience in a medical communications agency.
  • Strong writing skills and scientific background.
  • Confident reviewing content from other writers.
  • Detail‑oriented and passionate about learning theory.
  • Experience with training materials.
  • Line‑management experience.
