Precision’s uniquely integrated offering enables the science of precision medicine by combining novel clinical trial designs, industry-leading operational and medical experts, advanced biomarker and data analytics solutions, and a passion for rare diseases and oncology, in addition to working across other therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and process monthly payroll across multiple European countries, liaising with 3rd party payroll providers to ensure correct information for starters, leavers, and changes.
  • Review and verify payroll data, including earnings and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide employee support and serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Conduct system audits and reconciliation to identify discrepancies in payroll data and calculations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of European payroll experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid working understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables).

Preferred Education & Experience

  • CIPP Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with automated HRIS and time/absence systems.
