About Us
The Community Empowerment Network (CEN) is a community-led organisation working to address ethnic inequalities in mental health and wellbeing. Our flagship programme, the Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme (EMHIP), works in partnership with South West London and St George's NHS Trust, voluntary and community organisations, local authorities and people with lived experience to improve access to culturally responsive mental health support.
The EMHIP Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub is a key part of this work, providing a community-based focal point for support, engagement, signposting, advocacy and collaborative working. We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Hub Manager to lead this vital service.
The Role
This is a senior leadership role at the heart of our community mental health work. As Hub Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of the EMHIP Hub, leading a dedicated team and working in close partnership with NHS, local authority and voluntary sector partners.
