No Bull Marketing is a small but dynamic full-service web design, graphic design, digital marketing and SEO agency based in Cumbria. As part of our commitment to growth and client support, we are seeking an organised, reliable and proactive Office Administrator to keep our back-office operations running smoothly and help support our creative and marketing team.

The Office Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the effective running of the No Bull office. This role ensures smooth internal processes, efficient client and supplier liaison, accurate record-keeping, and supports team coordination β€” so that the creative and marketing teams can focus on delivering great work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Administrative Support
    • Serve as first point of contact: answer phones, respond to general enquiries, greet clients/visitors, take messages
    • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and email correspondence
    • Maintain and organise office filing systems (digital and paper), client records and project documentation
    • Order, maintain and manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships
    • Coordinate office maintenance, utilities and housekeeping
  • Client & Supplier Liaison
    • Support client admin: scheduling meetings, maintaining contact databases, sending/outgoing invoices and statements (if required)
    • Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors or freelancers used by the agency
    • Help coordinate project admin tasks as assigned
  • Financial & Payroll/Bookkeeping Support (as needed)
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks: expenses, invoicing, petty cash/logs (if agreed)
    • Support payroll administration for part-time or casual staff (if relevant)
    • Assist in gathering financial or project information for the management team
  • Office Communications & Coordination
    • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, manage diaries/calendars as required
    • Help manage internal communications (staff notices, contact lists, client records)
    • Support team and project coordination β€” for example, logging project milestones, follow-up reminders, administrative tasks
  • Basic Design & Marketing Support (Entry-Level Tasks)
    • Assist with simple design tasks such as updating templates, resizing images, or preparing basic graphics under guidance
    • Support content updates for social media or website (if trained)
    • Prepare presentation materials or visual admin documents using brand guidelines
    • Work alongside designers to provide administrative support for creative projects
