Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, from day-to-day lending arrangements to complex financing transactions.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate finance documents across areas such as secured lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance.
- Support borrowers, lenders, and investors on financing transactions, including debt, project, and asset finance.
- Provide commercially focused guidance on restructuring, refinancing, and distressed situations.
- Advise on regulatory requirements and risk considerations within financial transactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering practical, solutions-focused support.
- Proactively develop and manage your own client portfolio in a fee-share environment.
- Collaborate with other consultants and specialists to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services.
