Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, from acquisitions and disposals to strategic development projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate property documentation including contracts, options, and development agreements
- Support clients on site acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio transactions
- Provide commercially focused guidance on development projects, including funding arrangements and planning considerations
- Work closely with developers, investors, and lenders to deliver practical, solutions‑oriented advice
- Advise on real estate finance and lending structures in collaboration with finance specialists where required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact
- Proactively grow and manage your own client base within a consultant fee‑share model
