Precision Medicine Group are hiring a Principal Benefits Partner based remotely in Hungary, Poland, Turkey or the UK to join our team.

The Principal Benefits Partner will be responsible for the execution and administration of PMG’s international benefit plans and programs.

Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organization’s benefits programs for region.

Supports benefit plan benchmarking.

Partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness.

Responsible for all international benefit plan management and administration, including benefit plan design benchmarking and broker management.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related major and at least 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience within an international organisation.
  • Experience working across different countries and general understanding of process, payroll and labor law differences.
  • Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefit programs that are aimed at leadership and employees.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language.
