As our company grows we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our growing organisation.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and process monthly payroll across multiple European counties, liaising with the 3rd party payroll providers to ensure the correct information is processed in respect of starters, leavers, and changes.
- Review and verify payroll data, including earnings and deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Employee support - serve as a point of contact for payroll related inquiries.
- Conduct system audits and reconciliation to identify any discrepancies in payroll data and calculations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- 3+ years European payroll experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid working understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Must be highly proficient in Excel (use of Pivot tables).
Preferred Education & Experience
- CIPP Certification is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with automated HRIS, Time and absence systems.
