As a Senior Staff Nurse in our PICU, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating holistic care plans for children in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Acting as a role model and mentor to junior/student nurses.
- Building strong relationships with children and their families.
