Position Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager for a care home located in Oswestry, Shropshire. The role offers an attractive hourly rate of up to £26.12 (£54,500 per year) and the opportunity to work in a supportive and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing specialist nursing support and advice, exceeding professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
- Taking responsibility for resident care during the Home Manager’s absence.
- Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver unparalleled service.
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Implementing a person‑centred approach to care for residents and families.
- Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and reporting concerns appropriately.
