As a Clinical Lead, You Will Oversee clinical and quality standards within the home. Lead and guide nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident well-being. Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams. Provide hands-on clinical support and leadership when required. Experience in a senior nursing or leadership role within a care home or similar setting. A passion for working within a charitable organisation.
