As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

• Lead and mentor the care team to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure quality outcomes and person-centred care for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
• Maintain and enhance residents\’ independence and choice.
• Uphold the home\’s high standards of care and compliance.
• Manage clinical operations efficiently.
• Support the Home Manager in all aspects of running the home.
