Role Summary

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all ceramic products meet the company’s rigorous quality standards and customer specifications. The role involves inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement within the quality management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of ceramic components at various stages of production.
  • Use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM, optical equipment, etc.) to verify product conformity.
  • Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment to perform complex inspections.
  • Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and inspection plans to ensure accurate assessments.
  • Record and maintain inspection results in accordance with internal documentation and ISO standards.
  • Identify, report, and document non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
