What You’ll Do

  • Review content written by other writers in the team — providing guidance, supporting with feedback, and taking responsibility for decision-making
  • Lead client discussions
  • Provide strategic input into proposals and ongoing projects
  • Craft engaging, accurate and clear content: eLearning, workshops, infographics, videos, and more
  • Line manage/mentor writers in the team
  • Reference meticulously and collaborate on quality checks
