This position is 100% remote anywhere in the UK.
The Territory Field Partner Sales Manager is responsible for generating partner-influenced revenue and driving joint business execution across Precisely's priority channel partners and technology alliances. This role manages local Field quota tied to partner opportunities, orchestrates co-selling motions, drives pipeline creation, and ensures high-impact collaboration between Precisely sellers and partner account teams. The individual will play a critical role in building a scalable partner ecosystem and accelerating regional growth.
What you will do:
- Carry the local Field quota for Channel Sales and Tech Partner influenced revenue.
- Own Field Sales opportunities where partners are involved, including Field lead generation and closing local partner-attached deals.
- Manage timely quote creation, pricing, and approval workflows for all Field Partner deals.
- Maintain strong Field Sales relationships with Priority Channel Partners and Technology Partners.
- Review local partner pipeline regularly, identify gaps, and collaborate on cross-sell strategies to strengthen pipeline coverage.
- Lead and orchestrate joint account planning with partner AEs and Precisely AEs using mutually agreed customer lists.
- Own and progress Field opportunities originating from Tech Partner Marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Identify and flag potential new partners for recruitment to the Channel Management organization.
- Attend local partner marketing events (Channel and Tech Partners) to support demand generation and awareness.
- Source and coordinate local partner speakers for Precisely marketing activities, webinars, or in-person events.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels β with partners, prospects, customers, and internal teams.
- Proven sales execution skills with ability to influence, negotiate and close partner-involved business.
- Self-starter with strong planning, organization, technical and administrative competencies.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of indirect sales motions and partner ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively and operate with high productivity.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data technology, cloud ecosystems, partner marketplaces, and modern software architectures.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years preferred) in channel sales, partner management, or enterprise technology sales.
- Experience working with technology alliances, cloud marketplaces, or ISV/channel programs.
- Familiarity with data-related solutions, including Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Observability, Data Integration, Data Enrichment, Location Intelligence, Cloud Data Warehouse / Analytics Platforms.
- Industry knowledge of insurance, underwriting, catastrophe modelling or reinsurance is advantageous.
