Overview
The Renewal Coordinator is an operational role supporting the Renewal Team by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all renewal records, pricing renewals, preparing quotes and aiding in the booking process. This role closes the loop and fills the gaps in all renewal processes from the beginning of the life of a contract and throughout its renewal history, ensuring the renewal flows through to all back‑office systems and provides accurate information for all areas of the business. It gives customers a clear, defined picture of their holdings and delivers a first‑class experience each year.
What you will do
- Ensure contract records are accurate, complete and product configuration is correct
- Align co‑term, expansion and upgrade sales with correct contract records
- Ensure all expirations flow to Salesforce renewals
- Prepare quotes, including complex pricing models, incorporating current processes and policies
- Book closed orders through to order processing
- Manage booking queries, working with Order Management, Fulfilment and Renewal Account Managers to resolve all queried orders
- Conduct contract research – interrogate multiple systems to find completed contracts and work with account managers to provide relevant renewal information
What we are looking for
- Deal Desk, Order Management or Finance experience in a SaaS environment
- 3‑5 years experience
- Strong numeracy skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Travel required: quarterly team meetings in Reading or London
- Professional demeanor with sound organizational and interpersonal skills
- Uses discretion and maintains firm’s privacy and client confidentiality
- Works well under pressure; able to manage time effectively in an active, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
AI Skills/Knowledge
Demonstrate proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate work, improve output quality and eliminate low‑value tasks. Comfortable using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT, able to evaluate AI‑generated outputs critically, and open to adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge. Use AI tools to research and draft emails utilizing Copilot.
