Key Responsibilities
- Fabricating aluminium windows, doors and specialist glazing products
- Measuring, marking, cutting, drilling and preparing aluminium profiles
- Operating saws, routers, drills and other fabrication machinery
- Fitting locks, handles, hinges and associated hardware
- Reading and working accurately from technical drawings and fabrication sheets
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Ensuring finished products meet the required specifications
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience fabricating aluminium windows or doors
- Ability to complete fabrication work with minimal supervision
- Experience using relevant machinery, power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
