SharePoint Administrator – SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, 365
Our global law firm client are currently looking to take on a new SharePoint Administrator (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, 365) for a short-term contract roughly 4 months in duration. This rolle will support the design, development and deployment of a SharePoint-based software catalogue.
The role featrures a flexible working plan within a top tier professional environment expected of a global law firm, to be considered for this SharePoint Administrator (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, 365) role, it's ideal you have:
- Proven experience as a SharePoint administrator or Site Owner
- Familiary with Power Automate, Power Apps & M365 Integrations
- Ideal but not required Law firm experience
Areas of focus and responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online pages to host a centralized software catalogue.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.
- Implement metadata, tagging, and search optimization to ensure intuitive navigation and discoverability.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and data protection policies.
- Provide documentation and training materials for end users and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues during the project lifecycle.
