We’re partnering with a leading European professional services firm to find a skilled and innovative Python Developer to join their forward-thinking Technology & Innovation team. This is a high-impact role working on automation and AI integration projects that transform the way the organisation delivers services to its clients.
You’ll collaborate with developers, business analysts, infrastructure specialists, and AI experts to design and deliver intelligent, low-code workflows using n8n, Python, and Microsoft Azure AI services. You’ll integrate these solutions with enterprise platforms such as Inprotech, iManage, SharePoint Online, and M365, streamlining operations, reducing manual effort, and embedding AI capabilities into everyday workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows in n8n, integrating AI agents and APIs.
- Use Python to build custom integrations, enhance workflows, and develop automation solutions.
- Integrate workflows with enterprise systems, including Inprotech, iManage, SharePoint Online, and M365.
- Work with Azure AI Agent Service and Azure AI Factory to deploy, test, monitor, and manage AI agents at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, AI-driven automation solutions.
- Continuously improve automation performance, scalability, and reliability.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g. n8n).
- Proficient in Python and experienced with API development and integrations.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including integrating AI models into workflows.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure services, particularly for AI agent deployment and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise systems integration (legal or corporate environments a plus).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of AI libraries (e.g. OpenAI, PyTorch), SQL/NoSQL databases, or Node.js/TypeScript for custom n8n nodes.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform or LangChain frameworks.
