A global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Analyst to support and maintain its core IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a deep technical background in networking, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and unified communications, and who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the firm's infrastructure: servers, storage, firewalls, WAN/LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and unified communications.
- Administer and monitor systems including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, VMWare, VXRail, Rubrik, Commvault, and more.
- Conduct vulnerability analysis and manage patching using SIEM tools (e.g., Rapid7).
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure proper infrastructure security controls are deployed and maintained.
- Lead technical troubleshooting and respond to incidents in line with change and incident management protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure components, maintenance activities, and configurations.
- Provide guidance and training to other IT colleagues to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Engage with vendors and third parties for escalations and managed services.
- Participate in out-of-hours support and emergency response, as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration within complex, global environments.
- Experience working within ITIL frameworks and ideally ISO 27001-compliant settings.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
- Azure IaaS
- VMware vSphere & Dell VxRail
- NetApp storage
- Juniper Mist & Cato SE
- Firewalls
- PowerShell Scripting and automation
