Business Analyst (Transformation) – 12-Month Fixed Term ContractLocation: London or Dublin (Hybrid Working)

I’m currently supporting a leading international law and professional services firm that is looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a high-impact opportunity to support change across key transformation initiatives, working in close partnership with business stakeholders to analyse needs, map processes, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops and stakeholder engagement.

• Map current and future-state processes, identifying improvement opportunities.

• Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management plans.

• Build and present business cases aligned with strategic goals.

• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring traceability to business requirements.

• Perform data analysis to identify insights, support decisions, and track outcomes.

• Align projects with key business outcomes and evaluate impact post-implementation.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex project environments.

• Strong background in process mapping, change management, and data analysis.

• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Jira, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.

• Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.

• Experience in legal or professional services settings is desirable.

• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
