A global law firm is looking for a People Systems Analyst to support, maintain and optimise SAP SuccessFactors across its international business. SuccessFactors was implemented last year, and this additional hire will join an established People Systems team responsible for embedding the platform and improving how it supports HR teams and employees across 22 international offices.
This is a hands-on position requiring practical SuccessFactors administration experience, particularly within Employee Central. You will support users, resolve system issues, manage routine configuration and workflow changes, maintain data quality and develop reports and dashboards.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage configuration changes, workflows and system improvements.
- Troubleshoot user and system issues, escalating to external suppliers where necessary.
- Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Support upgrades, testing, releases and planned maintenance.
- Train HR teams, managers, administrators and self-service users.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure HR data remains accurate and secure.
- Support cyclical HR processes including appraisals, regrading and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
Required experience:
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors administration experience.
- Strong experience with the Employee Central module.
- Experience supporting end users and independently resolving system issues.
- Practical knowledge of system configuration, workflows, testing and maintenance.
- Strong HR reporting and data-analysis capabilities.
- Good Excel skills and an understanding of HR data structures.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Story Reports, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, global HR systems or professional services would be advantageous.
