A global law firm is looking for a People Systems Analyst to support, maintain and optimise SAP SuccessFactors across its international business. SuccessFactors was implemented last year, and this additional hire will join an established People Systems team responsible for embedding the platform and improving how it supports HR teams and employees across 22 international offices. This is a hands-on position requiring practical SuccessFactors administration experience, particularly within Employee Central. You will support users, resolve system issues, manage routine configuration and workflow changes, maintain data quality and develop reports and dashboards.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage configuration changes, workflows and system improvements.
- Troubleshoot user and system issues, escalating to external suppliers where necessary.
- Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
- Support upgrades, testing, releases and planned maintenance.
- Train HR teams, managers, administrators and self-service users.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure HR data remains accurate and secure.
