Hybrid working: 40% office-based, including Thursdays.

An international law firm is looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer/Product Specialist to join its growing Business Applications function. Power Platform sits at the centre of the firm's technology strategy. You will build applications, automations and portals that improve how people across the business work, while helping to support and continuously improve the wider D365 and Microsoft application estate.

Working closely with a Microsoft Platform Architect, Delivery Analyst and other technical specialists, you will turn well-defined business requirements into reliable, user-friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, build and customise canvas and model-driven Power Apps.
  • Develop Power Automate workflows and Dataverse-based solutions.
  • Contribute to Power Pages and increasingly, Copilot Studio initiatives.
  • Build in accordance with established environment, security, integration and ALM standards.
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of D365 and related Microsoft applications.
  • Take ownership of escalated application issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Produce clear solution documentation, configuration records and user guidance.
  • Work directly with business users to understand how solutions are performing.
  • Contribute practical build experience to the continued development of platform standards and governance.

Required experience:

  • Hands-on experience building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with both canvas and model-driven applications.
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Understanding of Power Platform environments, security and ALM.
  • Experience supporting live applications and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure integration services, D365, document management systems or professional-services environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
