D365 Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform) Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a D365 Engineer to join a growing Applications function within a forward-thinking professional services environment.

This is a key role responsible for shaping how the organisation designs, builds, and operates its Microsoft ecosystem, with a particular focus on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

You will play a central role in establishing best practices, defining architecture, and ensuring the platform is used effectively across both client-facing products and internal systems.

The Role As the D365 Engineer, you will act as the technical authority for the Microsoft platform, owning Dynamics 365 end-to-end.

You will set architectural direction, support development teams, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs.

Initially, the focus will be on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and CRM capabilities, alongside the wider Power Platform toolkit.
