The Senior SEO & AEO Copywriter is a seasoned expert in developing and executing high-impact SEO & CRO content strategies that drive client success and improve performance. With advanced writing skills, deep SEO & AEO knowledge, and strong understanding of optimising content for conversion, this role focuses on crafting engaging, persuasive content that aligns with clients’ SEO & CRO objectives while leading innovation in content creation.

The Senior SEO & AEO Copywriter collaborates closely with strategists, specialists and clients, offering strategic guidance and solutions to complex challenges. This role also plays a key part in mentoring junior writers and contributing to the continuous growth and excellence of the SEO & CRO team.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop high-quality, SEO/AEO-optimised content (blogs, landing pages, email) aligned with conversion (CRO) and UX strategies.
  • Drive on-page tactics and continuous optimization to meet client KPIs and performance goals.
  • Use AI tools to scale content creation and translation across markets, improving efficiency and quality.
  • Manage complex workflows for multiple clients, ensuring deadline compliance and strict adherence to brand voice.
  • Partner with SEO, CRO, and UX teams to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and support commercial growth through strategic input in client pitches and renewals.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven ability to craft high-performing content with a deep understanding of on-page techniques, keyword optimization, and organic search performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA), AI for content scaling.
  • Some knowledge in UX/research platforms like MS Clarity and Figma are an added bonus.
  • Experience aligning SEO/AEO content initiatives with CRO & UX to drive holistic website performance.
  • Proactive in adopting industry trends and AI innovations to enhance content effectiveness and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale projects under tight deadlines while mentoring junior writers to foster a high-growth team culture.
  • Commercially aware professional who can steer client strategy, participate in business growth, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication in English.
