We are open to different experience levels and are looking for either an Associate Media Specialist (L1) or a Media Specialist (L2). This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for data, a desire to learn and grow, and an understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital marketing activities in line with best practices, standards, and strategic direction.
- Handle day-to-day operations across one or more digital marketing channels, including execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor and improve performance by aligning tactics with client objectives and business goals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to drive insights, trends, and data-informed decision-making.
- Implement testing initiatives, evaluate results, and recommend optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to reporting by delivering clear, structured insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply scalable processes and integrate learnings across the client portfolio.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-4 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem and a solid understanding of basic principles and practices.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing positively to group efforts and outcomes.
- An enthusiasm to work with digital marketing based on passion, practical experience, or curiosity.
- Capability to interpret key performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Love of data - Strong interest to analyze performance data, identify, and derive actionable, data-driven insights to enhance digital efforts.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with clients on operational aspects and contributing to strategic conversations.
- Proficiency in Danish.
- (Preferred) Experience or knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads and Google Analytics and hands-on experience and technical knowledge of one or more marketing channels - paid social or search, along with an understanding of how they integrate with overall marketing strategies.
