Location: Oscott

Salary: £12.31 per hour

Role: Full Time Permanent 37.5 hours.

Shifts: 7:30am-3pm & 2:30pm-10pm; must work both shifts and weekends.

Experience: 6+ months within a CQC regulated environment for adults with additional needs.

About The Service:

We have two supported living services on the same site that support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Support with complex needs and challenging behaviour will be required.

Support Worker Duties:
  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals and activities such as arts, crafts and hobbies.
  • Assisting with the development of person‑centred plans for residents, including employment, education and other opportunities.
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
  • Providing personal care where needed, always working towards greater independence.
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development.
