Join to apply for the Support Worker role at Precious. Base Pay Range NOT OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP. Female Support Worker, 37.5 hours per week, £12.31 an hour in Newham. Shifts vary between 7:30 am and 9:45 pm. Must be flexible to work both shifts and weekends.

Service: Alnwick Road is a bespoke service set in the heart of Newham, providing proactive support for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder who have stepped down from secure settings. Due to this, complex behaviours will be displayed physically and verbally.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting people with very complex behavioural needs
- Providing the best support possible in a challenging environment
- Working to person-centred/behavioural support plans
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
