Base pay range: Female Waking Night Support Worker £12.31 per hour in Netherton, Dudley, 40 hours per week. Night Shift: 9:45pm-7:45am. Full flexibility and working weekends. 12 months experience supporting those with Autism and Complex needs.

About The 3 Supported Living Services: Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disabilities, some of the individuals who we support may also present challenging behaviour. We need individuals with strong values, energetic and who have a real passion to enable the individuals we support the ongoing opportunities to achieve their goals.

Full Time Support Worker duties:

  • Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
  • Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities
  • Assisting with the development of person centred plans, including employment, education and other opportunities
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
